Resend KDS Configuration From SkyTab POS

Description: Follow the steps below to resend your KDS Configuration from the SkyTab POS.

Requirements:

• You will need the IP address of the KDS Station that needs the configuration re-sent. (Located in the bottom right of your KDS screen.)

• You will need manager permissions in the POS to complete this procedure.

1. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Hardware > Printers.
   
2. Select the KDS station from the Printers/KDS list.
   
3. Tap on Edit Printer/KDS Setup.
   
   
4. Verify the following fields are correct:
   • Printer name
   • IP address
   • Printer model (Must be set to SkyTab KDS)
5. Tap Save when the information is correct.
   
6. Press the Send Config button from the Printers screen.
