Show Other Devices Associated With Ticket on SkyTab KDS

The show other devices setting adds a label at the top of every ticket, just below the ticket header, that lists any other device (SkyTab KDS or Printer) where this ticket or items from this ticket have been sent to.

Note: You need manager permissions to complete this procedure.

1. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Hardware > Printers.
   
2. Select the KDS station from the Printers list.
   
3. Select on the Advanced tab.
   
4. In the list of options on the right side, check the checkbox for Show other printers assigned to items or modifiers.
   
5. Select Save.

Your SkyTab KDS station will now show other devices associated with the ticket.
