Duplicate an Item During Order Entry on SkyTab POS

With this new feature, servers and bartenders are able to re-order drinks quickly while still keeping the correct seat assignments, ensuring accuracy and helping to increase overall drink sales.

In most cases, you want a ticket with multiple guests/seats on it before duplicating an item. If you duplicate an item with only one seat on the ticket, the item will be duplicated for that seat. 

• The default setting will duplicate in place (same seat)

• You can move single or multiple selected items to a different seat destination by selecting Move.

Duplicate to Same Seat

Using a ticket that has more than one seat/guest and at least one item already added to it, press the Duplicate button. The item will be duplicated under the same seat they originally were originally rung into.

Move to a New Seat

After duplicating an item, if you wish to move it to a new seat, select the duplicated item and select Move, then select the desired seat.
