View Tickets on InCharge

Description: Learn how to view tickets on InCharge.

1. From the Dashboard (Home), tap on the Tickets icon at the bottom of the screen.
   
   The Tickets screen shows all of the tickets for today or for the week. The overview provided shows the ticket number, the amount, tip percentages, and the status of the ticket.
2. Tap on a ticket to view the details of the ticket.
   The Ticket Details screen shows you more information about the ticket, including who owns the ticket, the order type, how long it took to complete the ticket, and other useful information.
3. When you are done viewing the ticket, tap Back to return to the Tickets screen.
