How can I download InCharge?
Shift4 InCharge is currently available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Eligible merchants must have at least one Shift4 Dine location and an active Customer Hub owner or sub-account with InCharge app permission. Only those locations will be visible in the app at this time.
Can I try this out in a demo mode?
Yes! InCharge features a demo mode so you can download and use the app. To activate the demo after downloading the app, tap on the Shift4 InCharge logo on the sign-in screen rapidly six times (this is also noted on the top right corner of the app).
Can I use the InCharge application while only using the Shift4 One Terminal?
No, if the location only has Shift4 One devices installed, the InCharge application will not be available. The InCharge application requires Shift4 Dine to be able to use.
