Description: Learn how to configure Online Ordering on your Workstation for Shift4 Dine. Before you can use Online Ordering at your location, you need to set up the configuration on your Workstation to ensure the orders flow from your Online site to your Workstation.
To configure on the Workstation:
- While logged into Shift4 Dine as a manager, navigate to Manager> Settings > Business > Marketplace.
Tap on the Paired Tax field and select a tax for your online orders from the list.
- Tap OK to close the dialog.
Use the Order Type fields (Paired Pickup, Paired Dine-In, and Paired Delivery) to pair those order types on the Workstation when an online customer selects one of those options.
You can also add a surcharge using the Paired Surcharge field. The Enable QR Pay toggle allows online customers to scan a QR code to pay for their ticket.
Press Save to save your changes.
