Set up Clear Ticket Settings for Prep Stations on the Kitchen Display System

Description: Learn how to set up clear ticket settings on the Kitchen Display System (KDS) for prep stations. When enabled, this setting marks the item as completed (green highlight with strikethrough text) when tapped. The ticket will clear automatically when all items on the ticket are marked completed.

To set up the Clear Ticket settings:

1. Tap on the gear icon near the bottom left of the screen to open the Settings screen.
   
2. Under Ticket Actions > Clear Tickets, use the radio button to select Clear by Item. 
   
3. Tap Done.
