Set up Clear Ticket Settings for Expo Stations on the Kitchen Display System

Description: Learn how to set up clear ticket settings on the Kitchen Display System (KDS) for expo stations. When enabled, this setting does not clear the order from the display until all of the items on the ticket have been completed. Individual items cannot be tapped to clear them. Only the entire order can be cleared.

To set up the Clear Ticket Settings:

1. Tap on the gear icon near the bottom left of the screen to open the Settings screen.
   
2. Under Ticket Actions > Clear Tickets, use the radio button to select Clear by Order. 
   
3. Tap Done.
