Description: Review how to send an order on SkyTab Mobile.
Send an Order
- Tap on each seat on the top to enter items for that guest.
- When you have completed the entire order for all of the guests at the table, tap the Send button.
Send & Stay is very useful when initially seating guests and taking drink orders from a bar and appetizers, as the order prints to the kitchen while you can continue to work on the order. - If you need to see the items you sent for a seat during order entry, tap on the seat, then select the menu from the top right corner of the screen, indicated by three dots (shown in the image above).
- Select Show Sent Items.
Sent items are shown with a green check next to them.
Enable Order at the Table
Commonly, new merchants are not capable of making an order using a SkyTab Mobile (A800 or A930) device. The Order at the Table feature is not enabled in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM). To activate the Order at the Table (OATT) feature:
- Log in to LBM.
- Navigate to Devices > SkyTab Mobile from the menu on the left.
- Toggle the Enable Order at the Table Feature to the right to activate.
