Description: Learn how to add a new loyalty program on Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.
You will need Shift4 Dine Customer Hub credentials to complete this process. Only the person creating the Loyalty Program may edit it at a later date.
- If you have multiple locations, programs can be made for each location or can be part of a single program.
- Programs can be deactivated at any time, and the program will be removed from the Workstation.
To add a loyalty program:
- Log in to the Customer Hub and navigate to Shift4 Dine > Loyalty.
- From the Loyalty dropdown, select Programs.
- Select the Add Loyalty Program button.
- On the New Loyalty Program page, enter information for the following fields:
- Loyalty Program Name: A custom name given to the program that will be visible to customers. Example: Oscar’s Pizza Program
- Loyalty Point Name: A custom name given to the points that will be visible to customers
- Then select the + Manage Locations link to add your location.
- If your Shift4 Dine Customer Hub account is tied to more than one location, select the location or locations for your program.
- After setting the location information, press Save to return to the New Loyalty Program screen.
A location may only have ONE active Loyalty Program associated with it.
