Edit an Existing Loyalty Member on Shift4 Dine Customer Hub

To edit an existing Loyalty Member:

1. Log in to Shift4 Dine Customer Hub and select Shift4 Dine > Loyalty from the left navigation menu.
   
2. Under Loyalty, select Members.
    
3. From the Members tab, select the member from the list you wish to edit. When you select the member, the Edit Loyalty Member window opens.
   
4. On this page, you can adjust the member's name or contact information or adjust their points.
5. Select Save to keep changes.
