Start a New Ticket on SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to begin a ticket on SkyTab POS.

If you are not already there, tap on the Order tab and make sure you have Open selected, as shown in the image.

Tap the New Ticket button.

This does not create a ticket in the POS system, the ticket will not be created until it is committed to the system by either adding a pre-authorization or by pressing the "Send" button once information has been added to the ticket.
