When you initially set up your Workforce company account, all Jobs synchronized from Lighthouse will have a default color of blue. These can be subsequently updated and assigned a color of your choice from a palette of twelve colors. Doing so will facilitate easier recognition of shifts when working with the Schedule.
Note: You will need Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) credentials, as well as have manager or administrator-level access in SkyTab Workforce to complete this task.
To change job colors:
- Log in to LBM.
- Navigate to Workforce > Scheduler.
- Select the company name in the top navigation menu, then select Jobs. All jobs associated with your location will be displayed.
- Select a Job to see the attributes of the selected Job, including the ability to assign a color of your choice.
- Select the desired color and select Save.
