Cancel a SkyTab Workforce Subscription

Description: Review how to cancel a merchant's SkyTab Workforce subscription from within Lighthouse Business Manager.

Prerequisite

1. The Lighthouse User must be the Admin (Owner) of the Account.

Cancel Workforce

Begin by logging in to Lighthouse, then navigating to Workforce → Labor Settings.

1. Select Workforce from the Admin Menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Next, select the Labor Settings sub-item.

3. Select the Cancel Workforce button near the bottom of the Labor Settings to cancel the SkyTab Workforce subscription.

4. A pop-up modal will appear, confirming your request to cancel.

5. Select OK to confirm or Cancel to exit the cancellation process.

6. Upon cancelation, merchants will receive a confirmation email.

Note: Merchants who cancel SkyTab Workforce during the trial period will immediately revert to the Lighthouse Business Manager version of Employee Scheduling and Timeclock Management. Merchants who cancel during a paid subscription period will continue to have access to SkyTab Workforce until the end of the billing cycle before the Lighthouse Business Manager version of Employee Scheduling and Timeclock Management is re-implemented.
