You can add a Loyalty Member to your tickets at any point during the ordering process by selecting the Loyalty button, which is located at the bottom of the screen on the Order Entry screen.

If you select the Loyalty button on the Ticket Grid screen, you must first open a ticket to add the Loyalty Member to.

Enter the Loyalty Member's phone number using the keypad, then select Lookup.

Once you have looked up your Loyalty Member, select OK to add the member to the ticket. You may also select a reward to redeem on this screen by selecting it, then selecting OK.
