View Open or Completed Tickets on SkyTab POS

Open Tickets

If you are not already there, tap on the Order tab (ticket grid).

Select the Open tab.

The Open tab shows Open Orders assigned to the current user. An open order is a ticket that does not have a payment and has not been closed. You can find the following useful information on each ticket:

• Order Type and Table # (if applicable)
  
• Employee Name that created the ticket
  
• Customer Name (if it was added)
  
• Order #
  
• Amount
  
• Ticket creation time and how long it has been open
  

To view all tickets assigned to all employees, toggle the "Show All" button to the right (blue).

You can use the search box in the upper right corner of the screen to search by Employee name, Customer name, Order # or amount.

Completed Tickets

If you are not already there, tap on the Order tab.

Select the Completed tab.

The Completed tab displays orders that are paid in full, voided, or refunded. If the "Show All" toggle is on (blue), you will see all completed orders by all users. If the Show All toggle is off (gray), you will only see completed orders by the current user.
