1. Select the Order tab.
2. Select the Online Orders tab.
   

Only unassigned or online orders assigned to you are shown. Special permissions are required to view all online orders.

In most cases, orders placed online are already paid for (unless your location accepts cash for online orders). If a ticket is assigned to you, use the Online Orders tab to complete the ticket.

Can Online Orders Be Assigned to Specific Employees or Jobs?

No, Shift4 Dine software cannot currently assign online orders to specific employees or jobs. Online orders are assigned to the employee who selects the blue Complete button once the order is sent by the customer.
