Access Customer Hub Extracts

Description: Learn how to access your Customer Hub Extracts once it's created.

When Customer Hub Extracts are created, they are placed within a Shift4 SFTP site. The information to connect to the site will be provided during the implementation of the extracts for you.

A main folder is created for you and can only be accessed by you through a login and by any necessary Shift4 personnel.

Within the folder, there will be three subfolders:

• Dev
• Test
• Prod

Each of these folders represents the software environment. The folder layout looks like this:

For the SFTP site, there will be at least one login created for you. If necessary, additional logins can be requested to split up the environments.
