Confirm/Upgrade Firmware for SkyTab POS Workstation Install

Description: Confirm or upgrade the SkyTab POS firmware version for SkyTab POS installation.

Navigate to Android Settings > System Updates.

Internal:

If the current Firmware Version does NOT match the version listed here, please update.

Note: If outside the United States, select the correct region from the left side of the matrix.

The matrix opens to Commerce Engine by default. Select according as shown below:

Select SkyTab POS for Gold on POS, Glass, KDS, and PIN Pads.
Select Mobile for Gold on a Mobile device.
Select SkyTab Kiosk for Gold on the Kiosk.
Select SkyTab Air for Gold on Air.

Attach an image of the Firmware version on the Install Checks Form, if you have access to it.
