When instructed by a Shift4 Support representative:
- From the login screen, tap the Remote Support button in the lower right corner.
- Follow the representative's instructions to proceed.
Canada/ Ireland/ United Kingdom
- The Support Agent will initiate a remote support session.
- The POS System will show a message on the screen asking you to approve remote control.
- Select Approve.
