Description: Learn how to find SkyTab POS ticket details using the last 4 digits of the credit card or cardholder name.
- Log into Lighthouse (and select the location if more than one).
- Select Reporting > Reports from the left navigation menu.
- On the Reports tab, select SkyTab POS from the pull-down.
- Select Ticket Detail (Closed) from the Select a Report pull-down.
- Set the date of the transaction, then select Generate.
- When the report has been generated, select the search field on the right side of the page and type in the last four digits of the credit card as shown below, or type the first few letters of the cardholder.
- The report will then filter to display matching tickets with details.
This ticket detail displays a number of fields as shown, including items on the ticket, and date and time they were added to the ticket as well as the payment details with the base sale amount, tips, and payment total.
You can print this or save it as a PDF from the browser to send to others if necessary.
Notes:
- Some credit cards do have the same last 4 numbers, so it is possible the report may show more than one matching ticket.
- Cardholder name may not always be present based on the type of sale or how the payment was captured.
