Set up Late Night Scheduling for Online Ordering

For establishments operating past midnight, Online Ordering has streamlined their scheduling needs. Within the Menu Manager under “Schedules,” you now have the ability to create a continuous schedule that extends beyond midnight. This eliminates the complexity of managing split schedules.

This improvement simplifies both management and late-night ordering, aligning with our commitment to providing user-friendly solutions.

Setup

1. Begin by logging in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
2. Navigate to Marketplace > Menu Manager.
   
3. Select the Schedules tab.
   
4. Select + to create a new schedule, or select Edit to change an existing schedule.
5. Pick the opening and closing hours that work for you, even if it’s past midnight. The example below is using 8 pm to 2 am.
   
6. Select Add or Save, depending on whether this is a new schedule or an edit.
7. Once you’ve made the changes, select the Publish menu button, and let Online Ordering do the rest.
   

Note on Compatibility

Currently, Online Ordering is the only ordering system that supports this scheduling flexibility. Plans are in place to implement in DoorDash, Uber Eats, and to coordinate support with 3rd party integrations.
