View the Overall Performance of Every Kitchen Station at a Glance (Kitchen Box Score) on SkyTab KDS

Description: Learn how to set up a kitchen box score for quick viewing of overall kitchen performance.

1. Tap the gear icon in the lower left of the screen on the KDS to open the Settings screen.
   
   
2. From within the Settings screen, under KPIs, toggle Kitchen Box Score to the right (on).
   
   
3. Tap Done.
4. Tap once at the top of the window on the existing KPI to access the Kitchen Box Score.
   
   The Kitchen Box Score displays:
   
   
   The Kitchen Box Score Displays the following by KDS: 
   • Current KPI Avg Ticket Time
   • Avg Last 30 Min
   • Number of Open Tickets
   • Number of Warning / Alert Tickets

The Box Score refreshes on a set 1-minute interval.

5. Tap the X to return to the tickets screen.
