Description: This article covers how to update the Service Charge in the Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) for SkyTab POS software.
Update Service Charge
- Navigate to LBM, enter your login information, and select the blue Sign In button.
- Once logged in to the Lighthouse, navigate to SkyTab Settings > Accounting > Surcharges.
- To update a Service Charge, select the charge in the Surcharges tab.
- The Edit Surcharge pop-up window will appear on the right side of the screen, where you will be able to make changes to the Service Charge. Once changes are made to the Service Charge, select the blue Save button in the bottom right corner.

Update Service Charge
- Navigate to Titan > Web > Lighthouse, and select the Shift4Support User Login button.
- Once logged into the Lighthouse, select the Accounting section from the left navigation menu.
- In Accounting settings, select the Surcharges tab, then select the Service Surcharge that needs to be updated.
- The Edit Surcharge pop-up window will display where you can make changes to the Service Charge. Once changes are made to the Service Charge, select the blue Save button in the bottom right corner.
