Manager Process
An employee's employee bank should ideally be closed out before they clock out of the system. A manager can view and close all of the employee drawers/banks.
To view the Drawer/Bank list:
- Tap Count and Close from the Manger > End of Day screen. Alternatively, tap Activity at the top of the window.
- Highlight which drawer/bank you want to close and select Count Cash. A pop-up will appear stating the drawer(s)/bank(s) have not been removed. Tap Yes to proceed.
- When the number pad displays, enter the amount of money you counted for each drawer/bank you have. If you only have one drawer/bank, enter that one drawer's value. If you have multiple drawers/banks, enter the cash counted for each drawer/bank one after the other, using the arrows to switch drawers/banks.
- Tap Ok to verify you are finished counting.
- Tap Print if you need to print a record of the cash count.
- Tap Finish when you are done to be returned to the Activity screen.
- Tap the End of Day tab to return to the EOD process.

Open your dashboard by tapping on your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Tap Count and Close to close your employee drawers/banks.
- When the number pad displays, enter the amount of money you counted for each drawer/bank you have. If you only have one drawer/bank, enter that one drawer's value. If you have multiple drawers/banks, enter the cash counted for each drawer/bank one after the other, using the arrows to switch drawers/banks.
Note: The system will display the expected cash already in the field.
If your actual cash count is different than the expected amount, use the on-screen keypad to enter the correct amount. - Tap Ok when you have finished.

To view the Till list, select Count and Close Tills from the EOD screen. Alternatively, select Activity at the top.
- Highlight which till you would like to close and then select Perform Cash Count. A pop-up will appear stating the drawers have not been removed. Press Yes to proceed.
- At the Bill Counter Screen, enter all the bills by pressing on value and entering quantity on the calculator. When the cash count is completed, select Close Till(s). When prompted to finalize, press Continue.
- Press Print to print the Activity Summary of the drawer, and then press Finish to exit the screen.
Employee Process
Close Employee Bank
From here, an employee can also perform their own cash count. To start, select Perform Cash Count.
At the Bill Counter Screen, enter all the bills by pressing on value and entering quantity on the calculator. When the cash count is completed, select Close Till. When prompted to finalize, press Continue.
Select Print to print out an activity summary for the night, and then Finish to exit the screen.
