Change Account Profile Information Using Shift4 Dine Customer Hub (United States)

Description: Learn how to update your account profile information, such as your phone number, email, address, owner information, etc., using Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.

Refer to these articles if you need to change your bank account or authorized contact.

1. Log in to Shift4 Dine Customer Hub as an administrator and access Settings > Account Maintenance on the left navigation menu.
   Note: The Account Maintenance option may not appear when accessing Shift4 Dine Customer Hub from a mobile browser. If you do not see this option, please log in from a desktop or laptop computer and try again.
   
2. Select Begin next to "Update your account profile information."
   
3. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and then select Submit.
4. Confirm that you are the owner listed on this screen and press Begin.
5. Enter the full bank account number on file and select Verify Account Number.
6. Enter new information into the available fields and select Validate to confirm.
   1. DBA: Name, phone number, address, and email address
   2. Legal entity address
   3. Owner's phone number and address
      
7. After all the changes are complete, select Save Changes.
