Prevent Customers From Ordering Sold Out Items in Online Ordering

Set up Items to Display as Sold Out

1. On SkyTab POS, navigate to Manager > Settings > Items > Tracking.
2. Select the item.
3. Slide the toggle off (gray) for "Allow Ordering if Quantity is Zero." This will show the item as "Sold Out" in Online Ordering.
   
4. Tap Save.

Set up Items to Display as Almost Sold Out

1. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Items > Tracking.
2. Select the item.
3. Slide the toggle on (blue) for "Low Stock Indicator" and enter an amount in the "Alert at Amount" field. This will show the item as "Almost Sold Out" in Online Ordering when the item gets to or below the threshold.
    
4. Tap Save.
