Description: Learn how to configure basic settings in Suites.
Configure Suites Settings
- In Connect, select Suites and then Settings.
- The general settings will be configured on the Basic Information tab.

Select the pencil icon to edit a field.
- Pre-Order URL -The URL entered into the browser to place Pre-Orders. To update, select the pencil toggle next to the PreOrder URL to customize your link.
- Receive Order Confirmation- The client will receive a confirmation email.
- After the cutoff date, the Event does not display in the portal.
- Phone/Email/Fax – This information is displayed on the PreOrder Portal as contact information.
- Legalese- This is a custom disclaimer that will be visible at the bottom of the Pre-Order site.
- Changes will automatically save.
