Description: Discover the seamless process of setting up instant notifications or alerts for incoming orders for Online Ordering using the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub. This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure you stay informed, enhancing your order management efficiency and providing a smoother workflow for your online business.
To set up notifications/alerts:
- Log in to the Customer Hub and select Marketplace > Online Ordering.
- Select the Takeout/Delivery tab.
- Scroll down to the Order Settings section and type in your information for Email Notification and/or SMS Notification. This sends the notification to the email or phone number entered.
- Select Save at the bottom of the window to keep your settings.
