New SkyTab POS merchants will get automatically enrolled into SkyTab Workforce. The process involves a seamless integration where their location will get activated after the initial SkyTab POS onboarding process (when their devices ship). Lighthouse syncs data after that with SkyTab Workforce, setting up the platform without manual intervention. Once the merchant can access Lighthouse Business Manager, they can start using SkyTab Workforce.
Is there an additional cost to merchants for using SkyTab Workforce?
SkyTab Workforce is available for all SkyTab POS merchants for a 30-day Free Trial period. After the trial, SkyTab Workforce is $35/mo per location.
Can merchants opt out of SkyTab Workforce?
While SkyTab Workforce adds significant value to merchants' business operations, they can opt out anytime through Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) under Labor Settings (must be owner account).
