Order Supplies Using the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub (United States)

Description: Learn how to order supplies for your equipment, such as receipt printers, kitchen printers, and paper rolls, using the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.

Depending on your setup, you will see one of two ordering options on the Orders > Supplies page:

• Select Equipment > Choose Supplies
• Select All Printer Supplies > Choose Paper

Your available options will automatically appear based on your account type.

How to Order Supplies

Log in to the Customer Hub, then select Orders > Supplies from the left navigation menu.

You will see one of the two workflows below.

Workflow 1: Select Equipment > Choose Supplies

Note: This includes Shift4 Dine and legacy brand POS systems (POSitouch, Future, RM, Hospitality).

If you see a list of equipment:

1. On the Equipment Order page, select the hardware you want to order supplies for.
   
2. Choose the supplies displayed for that device.
   
3. Review your order details and select a Shipping Option from the dropdown.
   
4. Select Place Order or Pick More Supplies.
   

In the section below, you can track the status of your orders.

Workflow 2: Select All Printer Supplies > Choose Paper

Note: This includes Shift4 Dine and any non-branded (3PI, MICROS, Focus POS, Revel) merchant with Customer Hub access.

If you see the option All Printer Supplies:

1. On the Equipment Order page, select All Printer Supplies.
   
2. Choose the paper or ribbon type you need from the list.
   
3. Review your order details and choose a Shipping Option.
   
4. Select Place Order or Pick More Supplies.
