Note: Day Part reporting is only available for sales generated AFTER Day Parts were created for the reporting location (MID). Day Parts assignments are NOT retroactive for historical sale data generated prior to the creation of the day parts.
To filter a report for a Revenue Center:
- Login to LBM and select Reporting > Reports.
- Select the desired report from the dropdown.
- Select a time period for the report.
- Select a single Revenue Center from the dropdown when configuring your report view or leave it unselected to view all Revenue Centers.
- Select Generate.
Note: Multiple reports will contain this filter, including but not limited to:
- Activity Summary
- Financial Overview
- Weekly Financial Overview
- Ticket Summary
- Sales Summary by Department
- Sales Summary by Employee
- Sales Summary by Item
- etc.
The report's totals will reflect the appropriate activity.
- You can filter further by selecting a Day Part.
- Then select Generate to update your totals for that subset.
