View Departments or Items Hidden by Lighthouse Business Manager Configuration on SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to view departments or items on SkyTab POS that have been hidden through the Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) configuration.

To set up menu availability on LBM, visit the Configure Menu Availability for SkyTab POS in LBM article.

Any department or item not set to be visible on SkyTab POS based on the configuration in LBM will be hidden behind a "View All" button.

The Job Setting permission "View Hidden Departments / Items" is required to use the "View All" button, and if a user lacks this permission, a standard override prompt will be displayed.

After the override PIN is entered, the previously unavailable departments will be displayed.

Once the list is expanded, it can be collapsed again by tapping "View Less."
