Description: Learn how to view departments or items on Shift4 Dine that have been hidden through the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub configuration.
To set up menu availability on the Customer Hub, visit the Configure Menu Availability for Shift4 Dine in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub article.
Any department or item not set to be visible on Shift4 Dine based on the configuration in the Customer Hub will be hidden behind a "View All" button.
The Job Setting permission "View Hidden Departments / Items" is required to use the "View All" button, and if a user lacks this permission, a standard override prompt will be displayed.
After the override PIN is entered, the previously unavailable departments will be displayed.
Once the list is expanded, it can be collapsed again by tapping "View Less."
