Understanding Payment Flow
- Payments for Kiosk orders are authorized at the time of the order.
- Final payment capture occurs when the order is submitted to the POS.
Claiming Tips
- When a user marks a ticket as Complete, it assigns the tips associated with a credit card payment to that active user.
- Tips will be reflected in the payment summary once the order is marked as Complete.
- Login to https://ordering.skytab.com/admin/ directly or from Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM), select Marketplace > SkyTab Kiosk > Manage.
- Navigate to Tip Configuration.
- Configure Tip Settings with the desired tip options and default tip percentage. Slide the toggles to enable or disable "Allow No Tip" and "Allow Custom Tip."
- Select the Save Settings button.
