Description: Become familiar with the SkyTab Kiosk user interface. You'll learn how to navigate the various sections, understand the layout, and efficiently utilize the features available to you.
Start Screen
This is dependent upon how you configure this in Admin Setup.
Order Type Selection
Customers can choose between different order flows configured (configured in Admin Setup).
Start Order Questions
Customers will be prompted to answer questions that were configured to be asked at Start Order.
Menu Navigation
- The menu has categories such as Grocery, Salads, Drinks, etc.
- Menu items are available according to schedule hours - if more than one schedule, the menu is merged.
- Customers can browse and add items to their order.
Order Summary
- The order summary is shown on the right side of the screen.
- Customers can review their items, start over, or proceed to checkout.
Checkout Questions
Customers will be prompted to answer questions set up in order flows to be asked at Checkout.
Payment Selection
If more than one payment type is enabled for an order flow, customers will choose how they want to pay (e.g., Pay Up Front, Credit).
Tip Selection
If credit and order flow are configured to prompt for the tip, customers can select a tip percentage, opt for no tip, or enter a custom tip.
Payment Processing
The total amount due will be displayed, and customers can proceed to complete the payment using their selected method.
Receipt Options
Customers will be able to send themselves a receipt via Email/SMS.
