SkyTab Support for 3rd Party Gift Cards

Note: Before activating Paytronix or Givex Gift on SkyTab POS, the following information from the Gift Card Provider will need to be shared with [e-mail]:

Paytronix

• Paytronix Merchant ID
• Store Code
• Wallet Code
• Gift Card BIN Range

Givex

• Givex User ID
• Givex Password
• Gift Card BIN Range

No email needs to be sent for Synergy, as the Gift Card Team does not perform any updates on their side for this provider.

After the email is sent, it may take approximately 72 hours for the settings to be applied and synced to the system.

Gift Card Provider Settings

SkyTab now supports activation, loading, balance checking, and redemption of 3rd party Gift Card solutions. These can be set from Manager > Settings > Payments > Tenders > Gift Card.

By default, the provider will be selected as Shift4 Gift.

To enable specific provider Gift Cards, select the Gift Card Provider option you need, and then select OK.

All Gift Card functions remain the same.
