Configure Ticket Recall Globally on SkyTab KDS

Note: This feature is available in KDS v1.28.3.

With this new release, the recall behavior for tickets from a KDS with Bump Station enabled changed from the default behavior. Previously a KDS with Bump Station enabled, only recalled tickets locally to it’s own device. KDS with Bump Station disabled recalled globally, across all devices where that ticket existed. 

With KDS v1.28.3, users now have an option to select the recall behavior on a KDS with Bump Station enabled. 

1. Tap the gear icon in the lower left of the screen on the KDS to open Settings.
   
2. Scroll to the Bump Station setting under Item Actions.
   
3. By default, the Ticket Recall behavior with Bump Station disabled is set to "Locally," which matches the previous behavior. If needed, change the setting to "Globally" to recall Tickets from all stations where that ticket was present.
   
4. Additionally, the behavior option for Bump Station enabled (recall Globally) has not changed therefore the option is not available when Bump Station is enabled.
5. Once the setting has been adjusted as needed, press Done.
