Disable Demo Mode:

If you’re brought to a screen that says “Welcome to Shift4 Dine!” swipe left until you reach the “Take a look for yourself!” screen and fill out the contact detail fields to begin.
Enter any PIN to log in to the Shift4 Duo device at the login screen.
- Select the employee name in the top left corner.

Select Settings.
- Select Demo Mode section.

Toggle the switch next to Demo mode to turn this off. (Blue is on, and Grey is off).

On the confirmation dialog box that appears, select Continue. This brings you back to the Shift4 login screen.
Internal:
If the device is still stuck in Demo mode after following the above steps, verify the device is properly boarded by following the instructions for Autoboarding via Titan & Archos for Shift4 Dine.
