Use the Reservations feature in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) to track table availability, manage incoming bookings, and ensure your floor runs efficiently. You can view reservations in the calendar, create new reservations, update statuses, and adjust settings to match your business needs.

Reservations
- Log in to LBM.
- Navigate to SkyTab Settings > Reservations from the left menu.
- Use the calendar next to "Reservations for [date]" to select a time frame and view existing reservations.
- Enter basic information on the right to create a new reservation and select Create.
- Use the Status drop-down to update the reservation’s progress and send notifications via phone or email, then select Update.
Calendar
The Calendar tab provides a monthly view of the reservations and allows you to create new reservations directly from this view.
Reservation Blocks
The Reservation Blocks tab shows a daily view of available time frames and the number of tables for each period. Time frames are divided into Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, which can be added, deactivated, or disabled on individual days to fit your business model.
Settings
Turnaround Time & Rules
Under the Settings tab, you can set turnaround times by party size. This helps track when tables should be free and keeps new reservations current.
Online Reservation Link
The Online Reservation Link is displayed here for reference. You can use this link to direct customers to your reservation page.
Note: Reservations for parties larger than 10 must be entered via the SkyTab POS Terminal due to the table layout’s limitation.
Notifications
In the Notifications section, add an email or phone number to receive alerts for new reservations.
