Description: Learn how to set or adjust turnaround times for different party sizes, configure notifications for new reservations, and access your online reservation link in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) for SkyTab POS.
The Settings tab allows you to add turnaround times by party size, set up notifications for new reservations, and access your online reservation link. This helps track when tables should be free, keep new reservations current, and let customers book directly from your website.
Reservation Settings
Set Party Size Turnaround Times
- Log in to LBM.
- Navigate to SkyTab Settings > Reservations.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Under the Turnaround Time & Rules, adjust the following for your restaurant:
- Maximum Party Size
- Party of 2 Turnaround Time (min)
- Party of 4 Turnaround Time (min)
- Party of 6 Turnaround Time (min)
- Party of 8 Turnaround Time (min)
- Party of 10 Turnaround Time (min)
Online Reservation Link
The Online Reservation Link is shown here and can be added to your website to allow customers to book directly.
Note: Reservations for parties larger than 10 must be entered via the SkyTab POS terminal due to the table layout limitation of 10 seats.
Configure Reservation Notifications
In the Notifications section, add an email or phone number to receive alerts for new reservations.
Save Your Changes
After updating any of the above settings, select Save to apply all changes.
