Print Menu From Shift4 Dine Workstation
Shift4 Dine cannot export or print menus from the Workstation. The only way to export or print item reports is to use the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.
Export Menu Item Reports From Shift4 Dine Customer Hub
To export menu items:
- Log in to the Customer Hub and go to Reporting > Reports.
- In the Select a Report section, enter the “Menu” keyword and select the appropriate report.
- Press the blue Generate button to generate the report.
- Press the Download or Print button at the top right corner of the report.
Reports
Menu (Simple) Report
Menu (Simple) report displays Departments, Item Names, and Item Prices.
Menu Item Detail Report
Menu Item Detail report displays the Item Name, Item UPC (Universal Product Code a.k.a Barcode), Item Prices, Costs, Markup, Revenue Classes, Departments, and Item Statuses.
Menu with Description Report
Menu with Description report displays Departments, Item Names, Item Descriptions, and Item Prices.
