When accessing Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) with an Enterprise-enabled account, your locations will be grouped under an Enterprise.
By selecting a level in the hierarchy, context is set as the user navigates through the data. When the Enterprise level is selected, all data will be created at that level and automatically shared across all locations.
Changes to data depend on the level at which the data was created and the current selected level.
- Enterprise level data is fully editable by the Enterprise.
- Location data is fully editable by the location that created it
- Enterprise can view location data but cannot change values
- A Location can override specific attributes of enterprise data if enabled through location settings.
The Ownership Column indicates at what level the data was created and, therefore, who can edit it.
