Check Gift Card Balance Reports in SkyTab Lighthouse Business Manager

To check Gift Card balances in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM):

1. Navigate to the LBM > Reporting.
2. Select the Shift4Gift Reporting section from the top menu.
3. On the Select a Report section, choose Balances report.
4. On the Select a Period section, choose the desired date.
5. Press the blue Generate button to generate the report.
   
   

Note: Use Ctrl + F search to locate the desired gift card by typing the last four digits of the gift card number.

The blue Actions button at the top right of the screen allows exporting reports in various formats (CSV, Exel, PDF) or printing the gift card Balances Report directly from LBM.
