Description: Learn how to enable itemized credit card receipts so that the signed receipt includes a breakdown of purchased items instead of just the total.
This feature eliminates the need to print a separate itemized receipt for customers who want a breakdown of their purchase.
To enable an itemized credit card receipt:
- Navigate to Manager > Settings > Orders.
- Select the Order Type (Bar, Dine In, etc.) on the left and slide the toggle to enable "Print Itemized Credit Receipt."
- Tap Save.
When Print Itemized Credit Receipt is enabled, and the user pays with a credit card, the customer receives a single receipt that includes both itemized details and credit card transaction information.
