Generate a Loyalty Report
To check loyalty member activity reports in the Customer Hub, proceed with the following steps:
- Log in to the Customer Hub and select Reporting > Reports.
- Select the Loyalty section from the top menu.
- In the Select a Report section, choose the desired report
- In the Select the Period section, select the desired timeframe for the report.
Note: Skip this step for the Loyalty Member Activity by Location report. - Select the blue Generate button to generate the report.
Loyalty Member Activity by Location
Loyalty Member Activity by Location report displays loyalty members' activity data like customer information (Name, Phone #, Email), visits, lifetime earnings, redeemed points, points adjustments, and current loyalty members' point balances.
Loyalty Points Adjustment
The Loyalty Points Adjustment report displays the date & time, loyalty member, employee name, points adjustment activity, and the reasoning for loyalty points adjustment.
Loyalty Redemption by Location
The Loyalty Redemption by Location report displays redeemed loyalty discount activities.
Download or Print Loyalty Reports
To export the Loyalty report, select the Download or Print button at the top right corner of the report. The Customer Hub allows exporting reports in various formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) or printing the loyalty report directly from the Customer Hub.
