Manage Ticket Functionality

Shift4 Duo (A800 or A930) device ticket management functionality is limited compared to Workstation or Tablet (PAX M8) Shift4 Dine devices. Shift4 Duo cannot:

• Combine tickets
• Split tickets by item
• Transfer tickets to other employees

If any of those ticket management functionalities are needed, we highly recommend using the Workstation or Tablet Shift4 Dine devices.
