Disable Advantage Program Fee in Payment Flow

Important: The Advantage Program does not support partial payment flow. Therefore, it is not recommended for the merchant to take payments with multiple tender types on the same ticket.

Dual Pricing Fee

To take off the Dual Pricing fee from a payment:

1. On the order, select Take Payment > Apply Cash Price.
2. The payment amount will change to the cash price.
3. If the non-cash price needs to be applied, select Apply Non-Cash Price.
   Note: To apply the "Apply Non Cash Price" option to the ticket, the pre-authorization must first be voided.
   
   

Supplemental Fee

To take off the Supplemental fee:

1. On the order, select Take Payment > Remove Fee.
   Note: To use the "Remove Fee" button on the ticket, the pre-authorization must first be voided.
2. If the fee needs to be reapplied, select Add Fee.
   

Cash Discount

Currently, we are unable to remove cash discount from a payment.
