Manual Credit Card Entry on SkyTab SOLO

We’ve introduced a new Custom User Interface (UI) to streamline manual credit card entry. Designed to replace the older BroadPOS interface, this update simplifies the process with a more intuitive and user-friendly design.

To use manual entry:

1. Begin a transaction as usual.
2. On the Payment screen, select Enter Card Number to use the new manual entry interface. 
   
3. Enter the following card information:
   Note: If a user manually enters a debit card number, the transaction will be rejected, as debit transactions are always card present.
   
   • Card Number
     
   • Expiration Date
     
   • Card Verification Code (CVC) or V-code
     
   • The billing address that is associated with the cardholder.
     
   • Zip Code
     
4. After entering all the details, complete the transaction.

You'll receive confirmation once the payment has been successfully processed, and you can select how the customer would like their receipt.
