Description: Learn how to view or print the Location Transaction Report on Shift4 One (formerly known as SkyTab SOLO).
The Location Transaction Report is now the only transaction report available in Shift4 One. It replaces the previously available Terminal Transaction Report and provides a consolidated view of all transaction activity across devices, while still preserving per-terminal detail.

Understanding Terminal-Level Details
You can still view terminal-specific data within the Location Transaction Report:
- Each terminal appears as a per-employee / per-device line item within the report
- Tip totals and transaction activity are broken out by employee name
Note: Assign unique employee names to each device in Shift4 One settings to make terminals easier to identify.
Why This Change Was Made
This update simplifies transaction reporting by providing a single, complete view of activity across your entire location.
With this change:
- You no longer need to switch between multiple reports
- All transaction data is available in one consistent place
- Terminal-level visibility is still preserved within the report
This also enables faster improvements and more consistent reporting across systems like Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
